Great Activity for a Group
We are very excited to have made a connection with local family-run firm Laser Clay Shooting who are based very near us in Ewas Harold in the Golden Valley. They provide a perfect activity for any group staying with us who want to do something fun together without having to travel anywhere.
It is great for any age from about 8 years old and no upper age limit and the group size is flexible. Of course you need to bear in mind that the guns are quite heavy.
Laser Clay Shooting is an activity that can be enjoyed by everyone whatever their age or ability. It is a hi-tec electronic version of the country sport of Clay Pigeon Shooting with each player using a modified shotgun to fire an infrared beam at real clays launched from a real clay trap.
It is a safe, fun and highly competitive activity and is suitable for all ages or abilities. There is no kick-back from the guns, no loud noises and no electricity needed.
A session usually takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on the group. There are usually about 5 people shooting at a time.
Tall John’s House has an ideal location for this activity and anyone who doesn’t want to participate will be able to watch from the lawns in front of the house or stay inside relaxing and letting the rest of the party do the work!
If you fancy a paintball session you can go to their Battlelands venue to enjoy this activity too and of course you could then do the laser clays there at the same time and make a day of it.
