What size wedding venue do you need?

We each have our own ideas for our wedding day and one of the big decisions to make is how many people you want to be there with you on the big day. It is quite difficult to find a wedding venue that suits your ideal numbers but still ticks all the other boxes.

Here at Tall John’s Weddings near Brecon, we believe we have cracked it.

We are a blank canvas wedding venue throughout but we have many variations and possibilities to offer you.

If you want lots of friends and have a large family, our beautiful barn venue can seat up to 150 guests. With its amazing space both inside and out, integral toilets and catering area you can really push the boat out and invite everyone you would like to be there.

But for those who would prefer something more intimate with only their close family and very special friends, we have now restored our gorgeous Granary which is ideal for simple wedding receptions with a much smaller party size.

The Granary, which is almost completed, actually has many alternative possible uses.

• With its split-level areas and beautiful stone floor it is a fantastic choice for dancing, eating and sitting out for a smaller wedding.

• Lovely beams and romantic lighting also make it the perfect setting for a civil ceremony or as a wet weather alternative to our gazebo in the gardens.

• For larger weddings it can also function as a reception space while the barn is being converted from beautiful civil ceremony space to wonderful eating and dancing venue.
