Tall John’s is the perfect location for your fairytale rustic wedding. Come in spring and walk amongst the daffodils. Come in summer and walk amongst the roses. Come in autumn for the colours. What ever time of year, we can help you craft the wedding of your dreams. You won’t be restricted by generic package deals or by-the-numbers wedding bundles. Tall John’s House offers the chance for you to have something unique and only yours.

Our beautifully renovated, old, stone barn can seat up to 150 guests. It includes complete rest room facilities and a spacious, professional grade kitchen area for the use of your catering staff. We are licensed to perform civil ceremony marriages in our elegant, newly refurbished granary as well as open air ceremonies in the manor house grounds. You and your guests will also be free to roam in gardens throughout the day – the perfect opportunity for photographs and champagne.

Our historic manor house and its cottages can accommodate up to 30 guests. It is appointed in the elegant style of the classic Georgian period. Our wonderful, warm and friendly live-in staff will be delighted to host you and your family for your special day. They will lay on the best of British traditions including open log fire, scrumptious cream teas and even croquet on the front lawn! Our fantastic chef is always on hand to cook any meals, even a full 3 course dinner, for you and your family on the eve of your wedding.
